JAVIER DE JASSO (http://es.linkedin.com/in/javierdejasso) serves as PARTNER at ORGANIZA ADVISORS, S.L. since 2005 and is located in Madrid, Spain.

Javier studied at ICADE - Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Madrid), he is Licentiate in Law and Graduate in Business Administration.

Professional with a 20-year path in the finance and administration area, including 5 as Director Finance & Administration for a group of companies within the leisure and tourism industry (OASIS MEXICO) in an international environment, and another 3 as Director Finance for an international air carrier (LTE), besides 7 additional years developing business consultancy projects.

Has a sound experience in each and every component area of the administration and finance directorship.

Spanish citizen speaks and works in Spanish and English.


In order to be able to complete the services we render and targeting on widening the global attention our clients receive, we have set different collaboration agreements with extensive experience within their practice industry, as

ISIDRO TENORIO (isidro.tenorio@organiza.es)

Isidro studied at Universidad Ramón Llull (U.P.B. – Barcelona), he is a Telecommunications Engineer. He is also Master ORACLE.

He counts on wide professional experience developed within different areas (Consulting, Internet, Training, Journalism, etc. From 1987 to 1990 he worked as a Consultant for Royaltur Internacional (Tourism and Technology Consulting) in Cuba. Between 1990 and 1994 he played the role of  Director  Organization & Systems at Oasis International Group, a tourism industry holding that included more than 90 companies, hotels (7.000 beds), air carriers (Spain, USA, Argentina, México, Cuba), travel agencies (Caribe-Maya, Banestur), hotel bookings and invoicing head offices (Atlanta, Madrid, Buenos Aires, Cancún).

At present he is Partner and Managing Director at Integra, I+D (since 1993), computer consultancy company, whose clients belong to industries such as commercial retail, hospitality, air and ground transportation, real estate, logistics, etc.; Managing Partner at Bequest, I+D (since 1997); and Managing Partner IT at Metodia Logística Activa (since 2002), logistic textile sector company.

 He also participates as partner in diverse real estate companies like Grasshopper (Spain real estate agency) o Caribe InmoGestión (Investment and Real Estate Consulting in the Caribbean).


Our Brokerage Services include:

- Buyers search, potential investors with an interest in acquiring hotels.

- Sellers search, hotel owners who intend to sell the Property, to rent it or to rent it with a buying option on them.

Provided by our flexibility, we have a varied portfolio that allows us to fulfil buy-side or sell-side requirements, regarding hotel properties both city and vacation hotels, of different category and diverse locations.

We are in contact and connected to Investment Funds as well as to Hotel Chains and hotel property owners.

All handled operations are backed by agreements, selling or buying mandates undersigned by ORGANIZA ADVISORS, or by other professionals that have signed collaboration agreements with ORGANIZA ADVISORS, so as we can always guarantee a direct deal with the final customer.

Due to various reasons, some ongoing current operations both sell-side and buy-side are not published here.
